Rental Agreement
- Month to month, no long-term commitment
- Rent is prorated when you move-in. Rent is prorated at move-out if moving out between the 1st and 5th of the month.
- Deposit on large units only.
- Move-in costs include a one-time $7 bookkeeping fee.
- Insurance is the responsibility of you the owner of the goods.
